India

Engineered at IIT Kanpur. Two founders building for Indian institutions, under Indian law, with Indian language coverage on the roadmap.

Court

Section 63(4)(c) certificate generated at acquisition. SHA-256 + BLAKE3 dual-hash on every byte. Air-gapped deployment, no cloud dependency.

— S.06 / 08 · The letter

We started Chakra because Indian investigators were using foreign tools built for foreign frameworks. Section 65B kept getting contested in court. Section 63(4)(c) needed someone to build for it, here, with the discipline the courtroom deserves. So we did.
